As an appointment setter/lead follow up, you are vital important part to the team. You will be qualifying the prospects, you ask questions about their needs, wants, willingness, motivation and budget to make a purchase. The purpose of qualification is to avoid timely sales calls that don't generate business. After qualifying a prospect, the appointment setter works out a day and time for a meeting. After arranging the call, the appointment setter prepares a lead file with notes that the other Realtors use on the visit.
As an appointment setter, you will establish relationships with qualified leads by the way of cold calls, with the purpose of setting up appointments to view or list properties for sale. A variety of tasks might be expected in addition to phone work, including administrative tasks such as contact data entry, email follow ups, etc. We would like you to work towards getting your Real Estate Liscenses and attempt to move up in our company. Without an active real estate licenses, you are limited to what you can say or do.
Your main focus is to is to secure a meeting for one of our Realtors with cutting age technology, lead generation tools. The lead generation tools also help prevent wasted trips and presentation meetings by ruling out prospects with little to no willingness or ability to buy. As a team, we are looking for ready, willing, and able buyers/sellers.
Another common objective is to prepare a detailed file with prospect information and call notes. Taking thorough notes helps the Realtors when they arrive for the meeting with a presentation and an understanding of the prospect’s needs and wants.
Real estate appointment setters contact potential customers by phone and or email to explain services offered an information about properties for sale. They use customer contact information for example: name, address, e-mail and telephone number.
From a computerized database, you will initiate cold calls to: For Sale By Owners and Expired listings. You will also be calling and prospecting for buyers. You will follow up with the leads that we have already reached out to. Your goal is to set a meeting with one of our Realtors, so that we can discuss their buying and selling needs. You are responsible for maintaining a record of contacts, accounts,etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No experience required, we will train you.
- Must be strong communicatior over the phone.
- Past Sales is a plus
- Would perfer that you seek to obtain your Real Estate Licenses.
- Practice scripts
